Ewa Kotlarska

Ewa Kotlarska, graduate of Biology at the University of GdaƄsk, currently works as an assistant professor in the Department of Marine Genetics and Biotechnology at the Institute of Oceanology of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Sopot. Her doctoral thesis focused on the detection of pollutants in the marine environment using bacterial mutagenicity tests. Presently, she works on the spread of antibiotic resistance in the environment, devoting her attention to the impact climate change has on the distribution of microbial pathogens in coastal areas.
