Federica Rosso

Currently Assistant Professor at Sapienza Università di Roma, she graduated cum laude in Architectural and Building Engineering, and obtained the Ph.D. in Architecture and Urban Engineering at Sapienza Università di Roma. She spent different periods as visiting research scholar at the Tandon School of Engineering of the New York University. Her research topics deal with sustainability and resilience in the built environment, and specifically on how to mitigate nowadays Grand Challenges by means of passive strategies, construction elements, energy performance of buildings, indoor and outdoor thermal comfort, construction elements durability. On these topics she published numerous articles in international scientific journals, and she participated to numerous national and international conferences.
