Giulia Luciani

Graduated as an engineer, she’s a PhD student in Infrastructure and Transportation at Sapienza University of Rome. Her current research topic relates to urbanized water landscapes, and the role heritage in its different forms can play for an ecological conversion of the territory, starting from the case study of the “Roman delta” at the mouth of river Tiber. Her research interests also include policies for fragile areas with a high cultural and natural potential, and the intersection of environmental and gender issues.
