Joanna Badach

Ph.D., Engineer and Architect. Research Fellow at the Faculty of Architecture, Gdańsk University of Technology. Her doctoral thesis was related to the spatial aspects of city breathability and air quality management. She has been involved in many research projects within interdisciplinary and international cooperation related to the issue of the impact of urban configuration and planning regulations on urban air quality. Currently her research interests are related to the application of environmental data and modelling techniques in the process of integrated urban planning. She is also interested in the use of BIM and GIS tools for the management and protection of sustainable ecological and visual urban systems.
