Lea Levi

I am a PhD Student at the Royal Institute of Technology, KTH, Stockholm (Sweden) and at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, University of Split (Croatia). My research focuses on two major goals: 1) detecting and quantifiying antropogenic influences on hydro-climatic changes within Sava River Catchment; 2) developing a general quantitative characterization approach to the key nutrient transport and fractionation-retention-attenuation components, related to the new and old nutrient source inputs; the water flow and flow partitioning, the physical transport processes and time scales, the natural biogeochemical attenuation processes and time scales which determine the total nutrient cycling and mass delivery from the multiple sources in hydrological catchments to their downstream inland and coastal water recipients.
